- Exclusions: Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Non-Returnable Items
Personalized or custom items, including customized pickleball paddles, apparel, and accessories, are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@hitechpickleballgifts.com within 7 days of delivery. Be prepared to provide:
- Your order number.
- A clear photo of the damaged or defective item.
We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, as necessary.
